1.下個VCMP工具，這個工具網路有資料，也有下載地址。
2.安裝到罪惡都市文件夾。
3.打開VCMP，點下面的Internet，在name那一格隨便打個名字，選綠色的伺服器然後雙擊，出現對話框，底下的密碼也是隨便打，然後點connect，進入游戲。
4.進入游戲後要等一會，因為還要連接。
5.左右選角色，點擊滑鼠確定，然後就能玩了。

你打開聯機工具，工具欄里點擊Tools里的Settings,彈出一個對話框，選Vice City Installation Location重新設定罪惡都市的安裝目錄，還不懂的話加我Q

下載後把它安裝在罪惡都市的文件里。
這樣你的罪惡都市文件里會出現一個人頭圖標的程序。
把它打開，他就會問你罪惡都市的具體位置，重復2遍選好位置，就可以進入聯機器了。
進入後，點擊下面的Internet，會有許多伺服器，有些是國內的，有些是外國的。
選擇一個伺服器雙擊，按Connect給人物起個名字按OK可以進入游戲。
