你可以试试对样品掰弯处理,因为氧化铝模板是脆性的,所以在掰弯的时候肯定有地方裂开,裂开往上翘的角度大的在平面SEM中就可以侧向看到断面,我用过这个方法,还算是比较有效的方法

我这边做一般采取如下两种方案:
1.用手术刀片切,然后贴在电镜台子上;
2。快速冷冻,然后粉碎,分散在导电胶带上。

Conctive Coating – An ultrathin coating of electrically-concting material, deposited either by high vacuum evaporation or by low vacuum sputter coating of the sample. This is done to prevent the accumulation of static electric fields at the specimen e to the electron irradiation required ring imaging. Such coatings include gold, gold/palladium, platinum, tungsten, graphite etc. and are especially important for the study of specimens with the scanning electron microscope. Another reason for coating, even when there is more than enough conctivity, is to improve contrast, a situation more common with the operation of a FESEM (field emission SEM). When an osmium coater is used, a layer far thinner than would be possible with any of the previously mentioned sputtered coatings is possible.[12]
