進入二十一世紀,管理技術和信息技術在日新月異地發展，信息已成為越來越重要的生產要素，信息共享成為人們最迫切的要求。隨著計算機科學的發展，資料庫技術在Internet中的應用越來越廣泛，為廣大網路用戶提供了更加周到和人性化的服務。本文主要介紹了旅遊信息網的方案論證、結構特性設計及行為特性設計的實現過程，詳細論述了總體設計思想、資料庫設計和功能模塊設計。實現了旅遊景點的管理、旅遊知識管理、及信息查詢功能，如對郵編的查詢，萬年歷的查詢和旅遊景點的查詢等功能。
整個系統的設計過程中，充分考慮了資料庫的安全性、一致性、穩定性和可靠性的問題，並具有較強的向導作用，為用戶提供了豐富的查詢功能，而且操作簡單方便。用此系統代替手工操作後，能大大減少在時間和空間上的浪費，為旅遊城市節省大量的人力物力，使用戶的旅遊出行更方便快捷。

Abstract
As we enter into the 21st century, management technology and information technology developed fast, information has become an increasingly important factor of proction, information sharing has become the most urgent requirements. With the development of computer science, the application of database technology in the Internet increasingly widespread, for the network users with a more thoughtful and humane services. This paper primarily introces the project argument, the structural characteristic design and the behavioral characteristic design of the tourist information network,The total design idea, the database design and the functional mole design are discussed in detail. The functions of this system mainly include the management of tourist scenic spot, the management of tourist knowledge,information enquiries,such as inquiry post code,inquiry perpetual calendar, spot etc.
In the course of entire system design, the system has fully considered about the safety, consistency, stability and reliability of the database, and also has a strong guidance function. This system can satisfy the customer』s operation easily and offer a friendly user interface. By using this system, we believe that waste of the time and space will be greatly reced and plenty of manpower and material resources for tourist cities will be saved, so that users can get around more convenient and efficient travel.
