我覺得也並不是說我們在做任何的東西的時候，都要去使用原創的，畢竟難道我們普通人錄制一些視頻的時候，就不可以加任何的配樂了嗎？當然不是，我覺得這件事情的發生，它提示我們的是要學會尊重版權，去使用一些我們可以使用的東西，或者說是要在使用之前告知原作者，在使用中標明音樂的出處。

版權問題一直是我們重視的，因為在我國的話，其實很多人對於版權問題，並沒有很重視，我們可以看到很多東西都是存在的假貨或者是盜版的東西的存在的，那麼由於價格的差異，很多消費者也會很願意選擇這些非正的產品。

那麼為什麼這么多人使用他的配樂，但是他卻只起訴了papi醬呢？首先papi 醬也算是千萬級網紅了，知名度非常的高，那麼她所使用了這個配樂，是會引起很多人的注意的。但是其他人可能並沒有什麼知名度，即使是使用了這個配樂，也基本很少有人去關注到。
