你可以試試對樣品掰彎處理，因為氧化鋁模板是脆性的，所以在掰彎的時候肯定有地方裂開，裂開往上翹的角度大的在平面SEM中就可以側向看到斷面，我用過這個方法，還算是比較有效的方法

我這邊做一般採取如下兩種方案：
1.用手術刀片切，然後貼在電鏡檯子上；
2。快速冷凍，然後粉碎，分散在導電膠帶上。
